This singing bowl is tuned in G and comes with a bow and rubber ring.
The G tone resonates with your throat chakra.

This singing bowl was made of pure quartz sand, which is heated to approximately 4000 degrees. The resulting bowls are then cut to a specific key. The size of the bowl partly determines the pitch.
