According to ancient Indian Ayurveda, drinking water from a copper bottle helps to balance the three energies circulating through the human body, the Doshas (Vata-air element, Kapha-water element and Pitta-fire element).

Use: Clean with natural soap, soft sponge and water at room temperature.
To make the copper shine, use lemon wedges or copper polish. Do not expose to direct sunlight.

Copper discolors due to oxidation. The material may also show stains. These are both natural properties of copper and have no negative effect on drinking from a copper bottle.
